Expected eta was 35-55 mins which prompted me to order. The first eta was 75 mins, but I waited 140 minutes in total! The driver picked up my order at 9.39 but delivered it at 10.19, a full 40 minutes that he spent 20 mins not moving. Worst experience

A sandwich and a shake shouldn’t take 75 minutes. Delivery itself wasn’t long, only took 16 min. Can’t tell me it takes 59 damn min to make a shake and a sandwich… And since when os there chives in the tuna mousse??? Yall really decreasing the quality…
